Scholarship Application

Application Requirements

  1. Complete a Coalition for Tactical Medicine Scholarship Application Form, which can be obtained from the following:

    2. Coalition for Tactical Medicine Scholarship Application
    3. Email info@coalitiontacticalmedicine.org
  2. Applicant(s) must include a transcript of successfully completed training to date and certifications verifying current level of training.
  3. Applicant(s) will be required to provide a synopsis and review of their completed training and submit both in writing for use on the CTM web site and possibly in the web site’s resource library and/or applicants must agree to provide a written After Action Review (AAR) of the training they receive and agree to have the review posted online.
